Tom Hanks and Ron Howard will make a new Da Vinci Code movie.

Since the movie “The Da Vinci Code” made over  $700 million dollars it is not surprising that another movie based on Dan Brown’s books will be made soon. Sony is in a rush to get this movie made before a strike stops movie from being made.To read all the details please click here.

Spielberg and Hanks close Melbourne intersection to film new war series

To film some scenes from the sequel of “Band of Brothers” which is called “Pacific” The Melbourne intersection had to be closed  for the weekend as some 700 extras and 15 film trucks were involved in the  filming. Steven Spielburg and Tom Hanks scout locations for “The Pacific”

Tom Hanks and Steven Spielburg are making a film about war in the Pacific theatre. The movie is a follow up to the “Band of Brothers” 10 part mini series on HBO.The filmakers were at the Marion Military Institute looking at some of the older buildings at the institute.The buildings will  then be recreated on a set in Australia where tha filming is taking place.For more details please click here.
